This Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) for the sole purpose of designating April 17, 2020 as the new effective date for Post-Effective Amendment No. 27 to the Registration Statement filed on November 5, 2019 for the Trajan Wealth Income Opportunities ETF.
