SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluates subsequent events up until the date the consolidated financial statements are issued. Distributions Paid On July 1, 2020, the Company paid distributions of $9.1 million, which related to distributions in the amount of $0.04983333 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 25, 2020. On August 3, 2020, the Company paid distributions of $9.1 million, which related to distributions in the amount of $0.04983333 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2020. Distributions Authorized On August 11, 2020, the Company’s board of directors authorized an August 2020 distribution in the amount of $0.04983333 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 20, 2020, which the Company expects to pay in September 2020, and a September 2020 distribution in the amount of $0.04983333 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 21, 2020, which the Company expects to pay in October 2020. Investors may choose to receive cash distributions or purchase additional shares through the Company’s dividend reinvestment plan.
