PART III - NARRATIVE
The Company needed additional time for review of its financial statements to be included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2022 and the review of such financial statements by the Company’s auditors. As a result of this delay, the Company is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company anticipates that it will require no more than the additional 15 days allowed to complete and file the Form 10-K.
