NOTE 12 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	During the year ended June 30, 2016, the Company paid $20,113 and $1,005 as compensation, respectively, to the sister and mother of the CEO. During the year ended June 30, 2016, the Company accrued interest of $29,653 on a loan owed to the CEO of the Company. See Note 7 for related party loans.
