INVO ran out of funding and stopped reporting to the SEC from 2012 until 2016. During the process of catching up wit the Company's filings in 2017 we learned we needed to file our own individual forms. I am doing that with this Form 5 and the other associated filings all being done at this time. The corporate attorneys of INVO Bioscience's officers and directors.
