Related Party Transactions	Note 13 - Related Party Transactions Due to Related Parties Due to related parties with a balance of $128,176 at March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021, respectively, does not bear interest and is payable on demand. The Company’s former subsidiary, Arcmail owed amounts on a credit card that is guaranteed by the husband of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, who was held personally responsible by the credit card company for the unpaid balance. The balance of $128,176 was included in the assumed liabilities of the AHA merger transaction.
