11. CONCENTRATIONS

NOTE 11: CONCENTRATIONS

Concentration of Operators

As of June 30, 2015, the Company used two operators for the leased properties for which the Company has current activities. The Company also has one mineral lease with another lessor. There has been no activity on the mineral lease other than initial lease acquisition costs relating to the mineral lease as of June 30, 2015.

Concentration of Customer

The Company sells its oil product to two separate customers and gas products to two separate customers.

Concentration of Credit Risk

The Company maintains its cash in bank and financial institution deposits that at times may exceed federally insured limits. The Company has not experienced any losses in such accounts through June 30, 2015. The Company’s bank balances did not exceed FDIC insured amounts as of June 30, 2015.
