Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The following non-recognized subsequent events were noted. Subsequent to September 30, 2020, the Company acquired nine buildings with approximately 3.7 million square feet for an aggregate contractual purchase price of approximately $256.5 million. The Company has not finalized the acquisition accounting, and therefore is not able to provide the disclosures otherwise required by GAAP, for these acquisitions.
