Description of Business	Description of Business zulily, inc. (the “Company”, "we", "us" or "our" ) is an online retailer offering customers a fun and entertaining shopping experience with a fresh selection of new product styles launched each day. Through the Company’s desktop and mobile sites and mobile applications, the Company helps its customers discover new and unique products at great values that they would likely not find elsewhere. The Company, a Delaware corporation formed in 2009, primarily conducts its buying, marketing and administrative functions in Seattle, Washington. The Company also operates a buying and studio office in Columbus, Ohio with fulfillment centers in McCarran, Nevada and Lockbourne, Ohio. Zulily UK Ltd. was incorporated in the United Kingdom in October 2011 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of zulily, inc. The principal corporate offices are located in London, England.
