Contingencies	CONTINGENCIES Legal Proceedings—In the ordinary course of business, the Company may be involved in various legal proceedings, lawsuits, disputes or claims related to, among other things, alleged infringement of third-party patents and other intellectual property rights, commercial and consumer matters, product compliance and employment matters. We have been, and may in the future be, put on notice and/or sued by third parties for alleged infringement of their proprietary rights, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. The outcome of any such claim or litigation is inherently uncertain. Any claims against us, whether meritorious or not, could be time-consuming, result in costly litigation, damage our reputation, require significant amounts of management time and divert significant resources. Although the Company cannot predict the outcome of any such claims or litigation, it does not believe there are currently any such claims or litigation that, if resolved unfavorably, would have a material impact on the Company's financial condition, results of operations or cash flows. Sales Taxes—The Company believes that the likelihood of incurring a liability as a result of sales tax nexus being asserted by certain states where it does not currently collect sales tax reaches the threshold for reasonably possible; however, the Company is unable to estimate the potential exposure.
