Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 30, 2019, Sensata Technologies Holding plc (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
The Company will conduct a conference call on July 30, 2019 at 8:00 AM eastern time to discuss its second quarter financial results and its outlook for the third quarter and full year 2019.
