SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 9, 2020, Michael Feinsod resigned from our Board of Directors. On July 13, 2020, Adam Hershey was appointed to our Board of Directors. On July 28, 2020, the third and final closing in relation to the subscription agreement with the Investor occurred. We sold $815,000 of securities to the Investor, representing 2,046,196 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 1,534,647 shares of common stock.
