Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events On July 20, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors, approved an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company. The Amendment, which was adopted effective as of July 20, 2018, provides that at each meeting of stockholders the presence in person or by proxy of the holders of shares of stock having one-third (1/3) of the shares of stock entitled to vote at the meeting is necessary to constitute a quorum. On July 20, 2018, the previously scheduled 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company was adjourned due to the absence of a quorum due, in part, to lack of votes by shares held in certain European brokerage accounts. On August 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company approved October 2, 2018 as the new date of the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
