As originally adopted, the  Plan reserved &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;338,295&lt;/font&gt; shares  of common stock for issuance pursuant to awards, which CBS  registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the  &amp;#8220;SEC&amp;#8221;) on January 31, 2012. At the Annual Meeting of  Stockholders of CBS in June 2012, the stockholders approved an  amendment to the Plan to increase by &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;700,000&lt;/font&gt; the number of shares of common  stock that are available for issuance, which CBS registered with  the SEC on November 9, 2012. During the three and six months ended  June 30, 2013, CBS granted &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;  4,000&lt;/font&gt; and &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;140,500&lt;/font&gt;  shares of restricted common stock, respectively, to eligible  employees and &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;56,000&lt;/font&gt; and  &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;108,000&lt;/font&gt; shares of restricted  common stock, respectively, to members of the Board of Directors.  In the three and six months ended June 30, 2013, there were &lt;font  style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;6,000&lt;/font&gt; and &lt;font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt"&gt;8,500&lt;/font&gt; shares of restricted common stock,  respectively, forfeited due to the termination of the  holders&amp;#8217; service with Crumbs before completion of applicable  vesting periods.
