The agreement shall be extended for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written notice 30 days prior to the end of the term of its election to terminate the agreement. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2013, the Company recorded expense of $<font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt">30,000</font> and $<font style=" FONT-SIZE: 10pt">60,000</font> related to the agreement.
