Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 25, 2024, Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the Company’s First Quarter 2024 Supplemental Disclosure is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
