Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 6, 2021, the Company acquired one property in Miami, Florida for a total purchase price of approximately $5.8 million. The property was acquired from an unrelated third-party using existing cash on hand. On April 13, 2021, the Company acquired one property in Kent, Washington for a total purchase price of approximately $10.0 million. The property was acquired from an unrelated third-party using existing cash on hand. On April 22, 2021, the Company acquired one property in San Jose, CA for a total purchase price of approximately $8.0 million. The property was acquired from an unrelated third-party using existing cash on hand. On May 4, 2021, the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.29 per share of its common stock payable on July 14, 2021 to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2021.
