Disposition of Hotel Properties	Disposition of Hotel Properties On January 9, 2024, the Company sold the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Tech Center ("HGI Denver Tech") hotel property in Denver, CO for $18.0 million and recognized a loss on sale of the hotel property of $0.2 million. The sale did not represent a strategic shift that had or will have a major effect on the Company's operations and financial results and did not qualify to be reported as discontinued operations.
