Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 10, 2020, Chatham Lodging Trust (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that, due to uncertainty related to the impact on travel arising from the COVID-19 virus outbreak, the Company is withdrawing its first quarter and full-year 2020 guidance. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
