Fair Values	Fair Values The Company’s financial instruments consist of cash, accounts receivable, notes receivable, accounts payable and accrued liabilities, advances from stockholders, dividends payable, and amounts due on mineral rights acquisition. The fair values of these financial instruments approximate their carrying values due to the short-term maturity of these instruments.
