Note 10- Subsequent Events	Note 10- Subsequent Events Subsequent to March 31, 2012, the Company issued 222,894 shares of common stock pursuant to private placement transactions at a price between US$0.075 to $0.095 per share and for total cash proceeds of $19,775. On May 3, 2012, the Company issued 2,049,473 shares of common stock to directors and employees of the Company for services rendered. These shares of common stock have been valued as $194,700.
