(d) On September 14, 2020, Eventbrite, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing, among other things, that the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) had appointed Naomi Wheeless to serve on the Board as a Class III director, to hold office, effective September 10, 2020, until the Company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders and until her successor is duly elected and qualified, and that the Company anticipated that Ms. Wheeless would be appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board at a future date. On September 30, 2020, the Board appointed Ms. Wheeless to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
