EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company provides a defined contribution plan (the "401(k) Plan") for the benefit of its eligible full-time employees. The 401(k) Plan allows employees to make contributions subject to applicable statutory limitations. The Company matches employee contributions 100% up to the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of an employee’s compensation. The Company contributed $0.9 million, $0.8 million and $0.3 million to the 401(k) Plan for Fiscal 2017, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
