Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	15. Income Taxes The effective income tax rates for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019 were 17.9% and 24.7%, respectively. The decrease in the effective tax rate in the current quarter is primarily the result of a discrete tax benefit related to equity compensation as well as the mix of earnings in the jurisdictions where the Company operates.
