The Company's unaudited consolidated quarterly operating data for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015 (in thousands, except per-share data) is below. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) necessary for a fair presentation of quarterly results have been reflected in the data.
