Subsequent Events	NOTE 13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 4, 2014, the Board of Trustees granted an aggregate of 44,322 service condition restricted share awards and 66,483 target performance-based equity awards, respectively, to executive officers and employees of the Company. These awards will vest over 3 years. The actual number of common shares to be issued under the performance-based equity awards will be based on certain performance criteria stipulated in the agreements for the period from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016 and will be determined in early 2017.
