SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	Subsequent Events On April 12, 2013, the Company issued an additional 400,000 shares of its Series C Preferred Shares at a public offering price of $25.00 per share. Net proceeds, after deducting the underwriting discount and other offering-related costs, were approximately $9.6 million.
