Subsequent Events	Note 11. Subsequent Events On July 14, 2011, the Company issued 600,000 shares of its 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares at an offering price of $25.25 per share, for a total of approximately $15.1 million of net proceeds. On July 29, 2011, the Company closed on its $153.6 million investment for a 49% equity interest in the Manhattan Collection. The hotels are subject to approximately $596.6 million in existing first mortgage and mezzanine debt and matures in February 2013. The Company incurred approximately $8.2 million in acquisition costs related to this investment.
