For the three and six months ended June 30, 2020, the Company has excluded from diluted weighted-average shares, the impact of 80,000 stock options and the non-performance based restricted stock awards as they are anti-dilutive. The performance-based restricted stock was excluded as they are contingently issuable and the performance conditions for these issuances have not been met.
