Other Events.

On May 18, 2023, PDS Biotechnology Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of enrollment in the immune checkpoint inhibitor naïve group (ICI naïve) of its VERSATILE-002 Phase 2 trial for the treatment of recurrent or metastatic human papillomavirus (HPV)16-positive head and neck cancer. The Company is filing a copy of the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
