Subsequent Events	Note 12– Subsequent Events In April 2023, the Company received approximately $1.4 million from the net sale of tax benefits to an unrelated, profitable New Jersey corporation pursuant to its participation in the New Jersey Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer of Net Operating Loss (NOL) program for tax year 2021.
