Subsequent Events	Note 11– Subsequent Events In April 2022, we received approximately $1.2 million from the net sale of tax benefits to an unrelated, profitable New Jersey corporation pursuant our participation in the New Jersey Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer Net Operating Loss (NOL) program for State Fiscal Year 2021.
