Note 12 – Retirement Plan

The Company has a 401(k) defined contribution plan for the benefit for all employees and permits voluntary contributions by employees subject to IRS-imposed limitations. The 401(k) employer contribution for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020 plan years were $35,747 and $19,967 respectively.
