Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent events On January 31, 2025, the Company completed a public offering of 22,258,064 shares of its common stock at a price of $7.75 per share. The gross proceeds to the Company from the offering were $172.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
