Subsequent events	10. Subsequent events The Company filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3, which was declared effective by the SEC on October 14, 2021, pursuant to which the Company may issue from time to time securities with an aggregate price of up to $200.0 million. In October 2021 the Company entered into an ATM Agreement with Jefferies LLC, which provides that, upon the terms and subject to the conditions and limitations in the ATM Agreement, the Company may elect, from time to time, to offer and sell common shares under the registration statement having an aggregate offering price of up to $75.0 million through Jefferies acting as sales agent. The Company has not yet sold any shares under the ATM Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
