On October 25, 2019, Muhammad Khilji resigned as a director of GBT Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) as Mr. Khilji was unable to commit the required time to fulfill his duties. Mr. Khilji’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with management or board of directors of the Company.
