Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 20, 2016, Gopher Protocol Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release as an update to its prior press release dated May 16, 2016, announcing the Company's release of an FAQ and video in order to inform consumers and the media on the benefits of the Company's Guardian Patch technology and on what distinguishes the technology from other GPS tracking technologies.

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99. 1.

On June 30, 2016, the Company issued a press release as an update to its prior press release dated June 20, 2016 regarding the Company's Guardian Patch FAQ video on YouTube, in order to address potential questions about tracing objects in movement, as well as precise location, and to announce that the Company's partner, Guardian Patch LLC, is currently developing its new Dimensional Positioning System. The Company subsequently re-issued the press release in order to correct an error contained in the company's stock ticker symbol. The re-issued press release correctly reflected the Company's stock ticker symbol as "OTCQB: GOPH".

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99. 2.

Additionally, on July 7, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has completed the design and construction of the Guardian Patch circuit prototype device and that it is now proceeding with an intensive testing program.

(OTCQB: GOPH) ("Gopher" and the "Company"), a development-stage company which specializes in real-time, heuristic-based mobile technologies, and its partner, Guardian Patch LLC, today announced an update to their prior press release dated May 16, 2016, in which the Company's CTO stated: "We are releasing the FAQ and video in order to inform consumers and the media about the benefits of the Guardian Patch and what makes it so very different from other GPS tracking technologies. Our patch can track anything anywhere on earth resulting in a whole new layer of location tracking capability."

The Company is now working on the integration of its global tracking electronic device through a manufacturing prototype. The Company has made the first version of its Guardian Map application available to the general public, which can be downloaded for free at the Apple Store and on Google Play under the name "Guardian Patch." This version of the Guardian Map provides users with a demonstration of individually-owned patches "in motion" as they move around the continental United States.

Integration and massive testing procedures are currently in high gear, including regression tests. Without unforeseen delays, a fully-integrated working prototype system is intended to be fully-operational by the third quarter of 2016.

Gopher Protocol Releases Technical Information on Its Guardian Patch Dimensional Positioning System

SAN DIEGO, CA — June 30, 2016 — Gopher Protocol, Inc. (OTCQB: GOPH) ("Gopher" and the "Company"), a development-stage company which specializes in real-time, heuristic-based mobile technologies, and its partner, Guardian Patch LLC, today announced an update to their prior press release dated June 20, 2016 regarding the Company's Guardian Patch FAQ video on YouTube, to address potential questions about tracing objects in movement, as well as precise location and to announce that Guardian Patch LLC is currently developing its new Dimensional Positioning System ("DPS").

GPS performance inside buildings or enclosed areas is very limited due to impaired Line of Sight to GPS satellites. Guardian Patch LLC is now working to address this issue through the development of its DPS. This new location identification system is based on secure private network where each device can communicate directly or through neighboring devices that are in the same network. Connections between nodes are dynamically updated and optimized within difficult conditions. One of the key components of the system is its multi-dimensional, vector-based sensors, that network all members through centralized triangulation where each node is self-routing and able to connect to other nodes as needed even in harsh weather conditions and complex landscape.

Our Vector On Demand protocol is a mathematical model constructing a triangular array that identifies each network member's location within inches of accuracy. The DPS system is based on dynamic model due to the unit's constant movement. The system is tracking each mobile device, performing constant distance and directional evaluations and maintaining and updating multi-dimensional member information. Each node contains sensors which transmit/receive location oriented data, passing it along to other nodes. The system utilizes non-isotropic paths in various triangulation models. A set of models are alternately activated according to landscape, topography and weather conditions in conjunction with a mini-computer to provide gain control for our propitiatory antenna system. This system is self-calibrated and takes obstacles into account to ensure full coverage in different topographic and weather conditions.

If successfully developed, the system will be intended to work heuristically as follows: at the first stage it will rapidly calculate position estimation for the target object and passing location oriented information to other members. Upon initial positioning estimation the system will enable its Precise Positioning Vectoring unit to detect and measure signal strength/direction in order to refine each involved node location. Finally, the Dynamic Triangulation ("DT") unit determines the exact position of the object based on simultaneous range measurements from all proximity-based node data. The DT system includes our Common Centroid, Iterative method which provides accurate calculation of the target object's location, based on mathematical/geometrical data and is a new approach in this domain.

(OTCQB: GOPH) ("Gopher" and the "Company"), a development-stage Company which specializes in the development of real-time, heuristic based mobile technologies, and its partner, Guardian Patch LLC, announced today that they have completed the design and construction of the Guardian Patch circuit prototype device. The Company has completed the construction of 10 prototype units and is now proceeding with an intensive testing program.

The Guardian Patch prototypes are working with the Company's mobile app, which can be downloaded for free at the Apple Store and on Google Play under the name "Guardian Patch." As a courtesy to the public, the Company previously released the Guardian Patch app to provide users with live views of the Guardian Patch units during testing.

The Guardian Patch prototype unit contains the Company's GOPHERINSIGHT™ integrated circuit technology (see image below). The Guardian Patch prototype consists of mobile units and base units. The base unit is programmed to report on each mobile unit's real-time position to a web-based computer program which analyzes the information and sends it through the internet to the mobile app. The end results is an accurate location and progress presentation of the Guardian Patch mobile unit on a mobile map.

The prototype system is currently reporting about the mobile unit's location every few seconds in order to test a real-time positioning system. In this way, viewers may view live, real time movement of the tested mobile units on the app's map. The web-based program is also providing statistical information about the mobile units, including, but not limited to, travel distance, cities visited, travel time and more. This data will be used in the future to enhance customers' vital statistics for personal purposes. In addition, other electrical factors are measured and studied, such as electrical power consumption, transmission intervals, terrain and weather effects and more. In parallel, the Company is constantly enhancing and improving the system's software to handle large amount of mobile units and their coverage. Special attention is also given to human engineering of user friendly UI (User Interface) of the mobile application software and the web-based control program.
