SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Hurricane Sports Properties During July 2012, the Company’s marketing and sponsorship agreement with Hurricane Sports Properties ceased. Asian American Convenience Store Association During August 2012, the Company’s marketing and distribution agreement with the Asian American Convenience Store Association ceased.
