China Ceramics Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is filing this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K to report the following to its investors:

·     
On April 13, 2011, Paul Kelly purchased 20,000 of the Company’s shares for an aggregate purchase price of $89,020.
·     
On April 13, 2011, William Stulginsky purchased 5,000 of the Company’s shares for an aggregate purchase price of $22,750.
·     
On April 14, 2011, Paul Kelly purchased 3,984 of the Company’s shares for an aggregate purchase price of $17,848.

The Company is filing this Report of Foreign Private Issuer at the request of Mr. Kelly and Mr. Stulginsky so that the Company’s investors can be aware of these transactions.  These transactions are being disclosed on a voluntary basis and neither Mr. Kelly or Mr. Stulginsky, nor any other of the Company’s officers, directors or affiliates, are required to, or undertake any obligation to, report any future transactions of the Company’s securities to the Company or the public except as required by applicable law.
