Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 20, 2018, County Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share of its common stock.  The dividend is payable on December 28, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 14, 2018.  A copy of the press release issued on November 23, 2018 announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

COUNTY BANCORP, INC. DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Manitowoc,WI, November 23,2018–County Bancorp, Inc.(NASDAQ: ICBK),the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced that on November 20, 2018 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2018, to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2018.
