I am writing to you, in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Pampa Energía S.A. (the “Company”), in order to inform the shares acquired in the process to repurchase its own shares, in addition of the Relevant Events published on November 12^th, 13^th, 14^th, 15^th, 19^th, 21^st, 22^nd, 26^th and 27^th and December 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th 2019 and January 14^th, 15^th, 23^rd, 24^th, 27^th, 30^th and 31^st and February 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 11^th, 12^th, 13^th, 14^th , 18^th , 19^th, 20^th and 21^st 2020 in accordance with art. 64 of Law 26.831, the National Securities Commission (“Comisión Nacional de Valores”) regulations and the terms and conditions approved by the Board of Directors on its meeting held on November 8^th, 2019, as informed to the market on the Relevant Event published on that same date.
