Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	Commitments and Contingencies Commitments As more fully described in Note 9 to the consolidated financial statements included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2019, the Company’s contractual obligations not reflected on the consolidated balance sheets consist primarily of its obligations under media rights agreements. In addition, see Note 7 for the principal repayments required under the Company’s Term Loan Facility. Legal Matters The Company is a defendant in various lawsuits. Although the outcome of these matters cannot be predicted with certainty, management does not believe that resolution of these lawsuits will have a material adverse effect on the Company.
