Recent Accounting Pronouncements In May 2011, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued new guidance for measuring fair value and for disclosing information about fair values. This new guidance will become effective for us during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012. In June 2011, the FASB issued new guidance for the presentation of comprehensive income. This new guidance will become effective for us during the first quarter of fiscal 2013. We do not expect our adoption of any of the guidance described above to have a material impact on our financial statements.
