(b)    On October 15, 2019, William R. McDermott, a director of SecureWorks Corp., notified SecureWorks Corp.’s Board of Directors that he will resign from the Board of Directors, its Compensation Committee and its Nominating and Governance Committee, effective December 31, 2019.
