SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS As of the date of this filing the Company is in default with the terms of the convertible notes discussed in Note 6. The Company intends to honor the notes and all liabilities as it perseveres in its mission to raise funds for the Company’s growth. Despite the default, the Company anticipates continuing its collaboration with the noteholder.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
