Press Release of OTH

On September 8, 2013, Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E. (“OTH”) issued a press release announcing that banglalink, its Bangladeshi subsidiary, is officially one of the winners of the 3G spectrum auction conducted by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (“BTRC”) at a formal ceremony on September 8, 2013. The English version of OTH’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (this “Report”).
