On January 2, 2024, Eric L. Press, a director on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to resign as a member of the Board, effective January 31, 2024. Effective January 31, 2024, in connection with Mr. Press’ resignation, the size of the Board will decrease to nine directors. Mr. Press’ decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
