RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	1Note 19 – Related Party Transactions A member of our board of directors has ownership in a building the Company utilizes for office space located in Effingham, Illinois. During the three months ended March 31, 2020, the Company paid rent on this space of $17,000. The Company utilizes the services of a company to act as a general manager for the construction of new facilities. A member of our board of directors is a substantial shareholder of this company and currently serves as its Chairman. During the three months ended March 31, 2019, the Company paid $210,000 to this company for work on various projects.
