GEOPARK ANNOUNCES REPORTING DATE FOR ITS 2020 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST DETAILS

Bogota, Colombia – May 8, 2020 - GeoPark Limited (“GeoPark” or the “Company”) (NYSE: GPRK), a leading independent Latin American oil and gas explorer, operator and consolidator with operations and growth platforms in Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Ecuador will report its consolidated financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2020 on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.

In conjunction with the first quarter results press release, GeoPark’s management will host a conference call on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 10:00 am (Eastern Daylight Time) to discuss the first quarter 2020 financial results.
