As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, unrealized losses on the Company’s available-for-sale investments were primarily attributable to changes in interest rates and were not due to credit risk. The Company intends to hold these investments to maturity and no allowance for credit loss was recorded as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. There were no available-for-sale investments in an unrealized loss position greater than twelve months as of June 30, 2026 or December 31, 2025.

The Company capitalized certain internal-use software costs related to internal-use software development efforts totaling $495,000 and $591,000, including stock-based compensation of $3,000 and $5,000, during the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and $1.6 million and $1.5 million, including stock-based compensation of $9,000 and $11,000, during the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Amortization of capitalized internal-use software totaled $831,000 and $1.0 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and $1.9 million and $2.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.

Depreciation and amortization expense related to property and equipment, excluding capitalized internal-use software, was $389,000 and $389,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and $748,000 and $759,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
